the greek yogurt is the bomb! i do 1 cup of it with frozen blueberries and raspberries with stevia, i let the berries sit in the yogurt for about 5 minutes or so and it does make it more like a frozen dessert like ice cream. The greek yogurt is so creamy you can’t help but like it.

i do the same thing only instead of stevia i use raw honey. and no nuts. plus i just started drinking 3 TB of phyllium husk powder in water in the mornings.

  3. Eluneminati says:

i tend to grind up stevia into a powder( not very waterscopic as fine powder) but my brain rings alarm bells when i hear the word extract, especially working for a company that makes herbal pharmaceuticals using extracts… i believe extracts take out part of the Chain of substances found in plants which may possibly bring contraindicators into the equasion. :)

Theres a new weight loss product to help you lose at least 10-20 lbs & were looking for people to try it out again. The last group of people who tried this had an average weightloss of 16 lbs in 1 month! We need another group to try it out and theres even a $1,500 incentive for each testimonial sent in! You just need to be at least 100 lbs, over 18 yrs and keen to lose weight. There are limited spots so dont hesitate. More info on comfortweightloss. com

I always eat flavored yogurt like strawberry or vanilla. I tried the plain unflavored yogurt but it really didn“t like it so I put some jam in it. Maybe I should add stevia and organic berries instead.

    GOOD! my variant;

kefir + 1tsp raw honey + 1 tsp apple pectin

kefir – because is raw, more nutrient rich and you can make it at home at room temperature for almost no cost at all

raw honey – because it is raw and full of goodness (antioxidants, enzymes, antifungals, antibacterials, antivirals, etc)

pectin – because it is soluble fibre, it agrees with everybody, removes more toxins than non soluble fibre

…and i’m off to make myself one with two organic yolks chucked in for good measure

I love the greek yogurt, the one sweetened with honey

    Question!

I realize the dangers of pasteurized dairy, even if it’s organic.

But are there any exceptions? Sean is eating yogurt, so is pasteurized organic greek yogurt with some fat in it okay? Or am I best to say away?

I also noticed that the “healthy urban kitchen” guy had heavy whipping cream in his fridge on one of his YT episodes, and was wondering if that’s okay because it’s full fat?

Thank you to anyone who answers !

I want to buy stevia now. I am a health nut and i love fruit and yogurt. I love your videos and i will try to ditch th splenda for stevia.

did u know, u can make yogurt at home? its not hard at all n it turns out rely good…

this is rely close to wut i eat: plain yogurt + 1/2 a splenda + abt 11 almonds + a spoon or two or natural fiber + a little bit of fiberone cereal to add the crunch. so satisfying. i can have that for breakfast n b full till lunch or even later =)

an alternative to psyllium would be microcrystalline celulose, hope that helps some

  15. WhiteFlame907 says:

Yogurt is made of bacteria and cleans you out.

I’ve been having this alot… about every other day at the most, and I rotate it with “O!” Organics Safeway Pomegranate Ice Cream cups… I checked out all the ingrediants and it’s really legit.

    I:

Mix the yogurt, fiber & stevia,
Melt the blueberries + raspberries under some water, mix it in, and it gets a real nice color. Then I add in a granola almond mix. It’s really good!

    Thanks for the recipe

on the subject of fiber, what do you think of those fiber cereals and yogurts. Not interested in buying them, in the sense, but more in hearing what you have to say on them.

Wow this is really similar to what I do… My version is:
    – Organic Plain Yoghurt
    – Stevia
    – Vanilla Essence
    – Blueberries

Tastes amazing and no added sugar
